Refunds could be permitted only when according to the Buyer the product delivered has been expired or if the packaging is tempered or if the wrong product has been delivered. The customer can raise the complaint within 2 days from the receipt of the product by writing to us and sending the relevant photographs at email@example.com. If the claim is found satisfactory, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount. For such permitted cancellations, we will refund payments after deducting transaction charges, if any, made by you under the relevant order within approximately 7 working days. In such a situation, we may ask you to share your Bank Account details for refunding the amount.

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in the future.
