"I have been a fan of optimum nutrition for a while and these have been my go to forever! pros and cons are as follows:

"Zinc and Selenium added though.
Overall I've been buying these for years and they've only improved. Here's how:
1) Small sizer. Sometimes I used to have to take an extra drink of water just to get one down, now they are about 10% smaller and more manageable to swallow.
2) Coating. They've added a coating to the pill that also helps it go down easier.
3) Taste. With the addition of the coating, the vitamin doesn't automatically dissolve once you put it in your mouth giving a foul taste. The coating protects this.
Simply put, the best multi-vitamins out there for men of any age or lifestyle."

"Best Vitamins out there :D over all since starting taking these I've had a over all well being of health. If that makes sense. Better than my last vitamins. These vitamins right here really help and is very very noticeable. And potent is very potent. Lol love them. Only thing there missing is caffeine as an ingredient 250mg .

"I am reviewing the Mens Daily Multivitamin Supplement.
I switched from the one a day men's vitamin to this one and initially took the recommended 3 tablets. I noticed that I had headaches or nausea in the morning since I switched to this tablet, so I reduced the amount of tablets to 1. The headaches and nausea in the morning seemed to disappear, so I imagine I was just getting an excessive amount of nutrients. It seems to accomplish everything that the one a day men's vitamin does, with differing amounts of some of the nutrients. I haven't really noticed anything different with my body after the switch and will probably switch back depending on the price.
My lifestyle is anywhere from relatively sedentary to semi-active. I'm not sure if that plays a factor in any of this."

First off, these are MY observations. I have been an Animal Pak user for years vs an Opt Men user for the past couple of months. The Animal Pak label says take 2 packs a day. So I did that. Opti Men says take 3 tabs a day. So I did that. 2 packs of 11 vs 3. Also, I feel SLIGHTLY healthier over these past couple of months. Not that Animal Pak did not make me feel healthy. So, again, ME, 3 is better than 11X2 and I feel slightly healthier. There’s a bunch of other good multivitamins too. But I’ll be sticking with Opti Men for a while.

This is a great multivitamin, but it looses a few stars. One star is lost because these pills smell absolutely horrible. It’s borderline wretched which also makes it hard to swallow. The value is another star lost. Your body CANT absorb the bottles recommended dose. ONE pill a day is much better for body absorption and you get a much better value for your money.

I literally take 1 a day. If you notice how yellow and vitamin smelling your urine is it's because your body can't absorb it all at once. Drink plenty of water and take it with breakfast. Vitacock...yes that's right. You get it everytime you take these pills. You owe out half the pill anyways. Do not leave out overnight or on the counter. The film coating is very minimal at best. The pill will start to dissolve and crack etc. It doesn't bother me if I just take it when I grab it from the dam bottle like you should.

"i appreciate the ingredients included with these vitamins. however i have a few issues with them overall:
1. flavor - if you ever happen to catch a taste of these whilst swallowing you'll be sorry. they taste horrible. i expect nothing less from a vitamin but still..yuck.
2. for some reason even with that little canister in the bottle mine were starting to separate and break apart. that really doesn't help the issue with #1.
3. too much vitamin? it's never a great sign when you take a vitamin and the first trip to the urinal produces urine the color of a yellow highlighter. i get that the body will ditch what it doesn't need but man, that's a lot of work for the body and waste of intake. perhaps that's the deal with these since they must cover the basis for all weights and body types but woo...too much for me.
aside from those issues they seem to be good. i switched to a vitamin with fewer ingredients as one should not rely on a vitamin for all necessary nutrients anyways. less highlighter at the urinal, too!"

After using this product then taking a break from it (lack of funds), then coming back to it I have noticed a considerable difference in energy levels and overall physical well being.

Solid vitamin supplement! People complain about them drying out or splitting, but I spoke with customer service (who are AMAZING), and they said that's all been addressed. Just keep them in the bottle instead of your pill organizer and problem solved. Great ingredients!

At that time in my life I had gone through loads of stress and was not exercising as much or eating well, so the results were very noticeable. Since then I've become a regular at the gym (weights + cardio) and eat better, so if I was just starting to take them now, the results may not seem as obvious.
I still take them, however, because my diet does not always provide the micronutrients contained in these vitamins in the proper ratios. Even with my healthier lifestyle now, if I stop taking these for a week or two, I do start to notice a slight difference (such as I feel fatigued more easily and my workout intensity drops a bit, as does my recovery from weight lifting)."

they do work they gave me energy and enhanced my mood. they are really great and I can't stress that enough. I did not find the pills to be large nor causing me any known negative side effects. for reference, I am 27y M diabetic

I like to get my supplements ready for the next 3- 5 days in a pillbox, as I meal prep for the week. This supplement, however, can't be left out of the container it comes in for more than a day because the pills split into pieces. I keep moisture packages in the pillbox and change them periodically but that doesn't seem to help. Pills are easy to swallow and don't leave any after-taste. Ingredients could be a little better, but I guess because it's mainstream it has some fillers. Overall, good product for the money.
