i have used 2 flavours. i.e Double rich chocolate and Mocha cappuccino..Both taste good and good mixability...delivery services required little bit improvements as sometimes we get late deliveries..but the overall product is good in this price segment.

Good taste, no lumps, low sugar as described and tasted. However, it takes more time to guarantee it is completely smooth, sometimes the powder just easy to mix into water no matter what.

All I have to say is homemade chunky monkey ice cream 😍 With the addition of 2 frozen bananas, almond milk, and chocolate chips this tastes exactly like a chunky monkey! That being said, the banana flavor is amazing with just almond milk. It blends very well, especially with the blender bottle. This is one of my favorite flavors, I would recommend it to everyone.

First, pour one cup (8 oz.) of non-fat milk (it has to be non-fat) in a blender. Add one banana and one scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream flavor OPTIMUM NUTRITION GOLD STANDARD 100% Whey Protein Powder . Then add about four ice cubes.

I like to blend this mixture for about 1 minute to 1 1/2 minutes depending on how silky smooth you want it. Believe me, the resulting blend will taste just like a smooth, thick and velvety banana shake!

This is the first protein powder I've bought after extensive research. I do have to say I am very impressed with the quality of this product! I prefer it with milk and add 1.5 times the recommended amount but it's still easy to go down, full of flavor, and not chunky. You do need to blend it though, spoon does not do the job well at all. I was expecting something far less pleasant from what I have heard about protein powder. It was a good surprise!

I have used this product for several years and it has remained outstanding in taste, while blending with fruit, yogurt and lo-fat milk. I blend all those ingredients together and make a shake about 16 oz. for a mid day meal. It is a little heavy to pick up when full, as I keep it out of sight.
