I would say go for it if you want to increase your stamina and reps while working out. I take before 30 mins and then I can do more push-ups, lift more weights.

Taste is great. Never let you run out of energy in gym. But if you are using it for running purpose then I would like to say that it can't take you at the desired level of energy. Completely paisa wasool deal.
